Description:

4 types of registration of the time of arrival and departure from work:

  • Auto registration with a camera by QR, or an employee's barcode employees (The template for printing cards can be found here – just change the full name, or employee codes)
  • Auto registration by card or NFC tag
  • Auto registration by a barcode scanner connected via OTG (you can use a powered OTG adapter)
  • Manual registration by selection from the list

In any of the types of registration, it is possible to automatically fix a photo and GPS coordinates.

Instructions:

  • List of employees: remove test employees and add your own. To add items, add "i:" before the name. Examples are "EmployeeName" or "EmployeeName; EmployeeCode" or "i: ItemName" or "i: ItemName; ItemCode" (without quotes). You can immediately add a list from the file, in the file, one employee on each line - download the sample file
  • Web Server: when enabled, you can receive reports by going to the register page from any browser. By default, the name is admin, the password is password (can be changed in the parameters)
  • Email: specify the email address and password. For gmail.com, the connection parameters will be filled in automatically, for other mailboxes, specify the parameters manually. You also need to specify the allowed recipient addresses separated by commas, for example "name@gmail.com, name2@gmail.com". Check it by clicking on the appropriate item in the settings. It is recommended to create a separate mailbox only for the registrar. To receive a report, send a letter from the authorized address to the registrar's address and indicate in the subject the period, examples - "01.01.2020-31.02.2020", or "01-31", or "01" (without quotes).
  • FTP server: Enter the address of your ftp server, username and password. Now every time an employee checks in, the report on ftp will be updated. For more convenient integration with an external program, you can select a report in xml format (by default in excel format). You can also specify - create a new file every day, to avoid accidental data loss.
  • API: You can receive reports to your program directly from the registrar via API.
  • Camera scan: You can print and issue employee cards with QR codes. The QR code must contain either the employee's name or his code. When such a card is presented to the camera of the recorder, the time of the corresponding employee will be automatically recorded.   • Scanning NFC cards: If your device has NFC, then you can use any NFC cards and tags (only the card ID is read). To add an NFC card to an employee, when adding it, enter the employee's name and lean the card against the device.
  • Device name: If several registrars are used, then in order to distinguish them, give each a name.
  • Voice greeting: When an employee arrives or leaves, the device can pronounce any text, greeting, or saying goodbye to the employee, calling him by his name. Specify the required text in the parameters.
  • Parameter password: To avoid "accidental" changes to settings, do not forget to put a password on the security tab.
